After birth, the placenta is kept cold until pickup or transfer. Birth Perceptions follows a prepared workflow for steaming or traditional preparation, drying, capsule filling, labeling, and presentation.
Every package includes capsules and the cord keepsake. Capsules + Delivery and above add a 2 oz tincture, which requires about six weeks to cure. The Sacred Box and Travel Sacred Box also include 4 oz placenta body butter and Sacred Box presentation.
Clients may request broths, kimchi, Bengkung wrapping, Sacred Skin, Mother’s Blessing, or other fourth-trimester support.

Birth Perceptions placenta package pricing starts at $275 for Capsules — You Transport, reserved for clients who book and sign in advance. Clients booking closer to birth begin at the standard Capsules + Delivery level ($325).

Capsules are typically returned first. Tincture requires approximately six weeks to cure before it's ready to use, so it follows separately.
