Care Boundaries
What happens during a visit
The mother's and newborn's immediate needs come first. Household tasks are limited, newborn-related, and completed only as time permits.
Maternal and newborn support
Non-medical recovery guidance, emotional support, newborn care, soothing, feeding assistance within scope, practical education, and help establishing calm care routines.
Very light newborn-related support
Cleaning bottles, pump parts, pacifiers, and feeding items; baby laundry or linens; diaper-station restocking; newborn bedding changes; diaper trash; and a light reset of the immediate newborn-care area used during the visit.
Not included
General or deep housekeeping, adult or household laundry, unrelated dishes, sibling care, pet care, meal preparation, grocery shopping, moving furniture, or building and assembling furniture or baby equipment.
Additional care
Sacred 40 clients may request extra support at the current luxury postpartum-care rate in 4-hour blocks, subject to availability. Added hours are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Does Sacred 40 include forty days of daily care?
No. It supports the mother's recovery across the first 40 postpartum days and includes 24 in-home hours delivered as six scheduled 4-hour visits.
Are full meal-prep packages included?
No. Four quarts of Sacred Recovery Broth are included. Dedicated meal-prep packages, groceries, premium proteins, and additional servings are purchased separately.
Are Mother's Blessing services included?
No. Mother's Blessing, henna, belly casting, waist beads, and other prenatal ceremony options are separate services.
How is the program reserved?
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the program. The remaining balance is due before services begin. The consultation, estimated due date, placenta plan, and preliminary visit schedule are documented before birth.
